A growing number of companies with staff fulfilling roles such as finance jobs in London are now planning ahead on how climate change will affect their business. That is according to Iain Watt, principle sustainability advisor at Forum for the Future, who has said that more firms are beginning to strategically assess the implications of such alterations on their organisation. Mr Watt noted that companies should now take on the challenge of coming up with innovative methods of going about approaching - and capitalising - on this unavoidable issue. He stated that bosses are "interacting" with the matter "in an entirely different way" than in the past, as they have realised it may provide them with an opportunity to market and retail their products from a new angle. These comments came after figures from UK Trade & Investment showed last week (June 21st) that the British sector for low-carbon and environmental goods and services could be worth £150 billion by 2015.
