Office staff in London could get into the spirit of the Olympic Games if their companies take measures to become involved. An initiative named Our Team 2012 is being launched in order to give medium-sized enterprises the opportunity to get behind the more than 1,000 athletes taking part in the competition, which gets underway in one year in the capital. Andrew Owen, spokesperson for the group, said: "When they see people on the start line, in the pool, on a horse, whatever it is, they will know that they have played a role in getting them there." Mr Owen pointed out this is likely to provide a "richer" experience for those who are involved in the scheme. Our Team 2012 will be providing athlete blogs, news, dietary advice, training tips and rich content throughout the course of the competition. The London Games will come to an end with the closing ceremony of the event scheduled for August 12th 2012. Posted by James Strang
