Those looking for admin staff work have been advised of the best ways to create a CV that will get them a job.Dan Hawes, co-founder of the Graduate Recruitment Bureau, stated being creative with the document can be a good way to stand out, but only if the role being applied for demands flair and imagination. He explained many people put a photograph on their CV, even though this is not necessary unless the advertisement for jobs asks for one. "Most CVs we see are very good, but I think there are occasional CVs where people are under-selling themselves," said Mr Hawes. He added some of the documents are far too short at only around half a page long, with the only information contained regarding education. Yvonne Goodwin, managing director at Yvonne Goodwin Wealth Management, recently said a good CV is crucial in particular for older people who are searching for work. Posted by Daniel Frost
