Passion 'key to career success' Professionals in sales recruitment roles must be passionate about their office job if they are to be successful.

That is the opinion of Carmine Gallo, founder of Gallo Communications, who believes that high levels of enthusiasm are essential if an individual is going to forge a fruitful vocation in any industry.

Mr Gallo indicated that anyone who feels "stifled" in their current position will encounter "career frustration" at some point in their working lives, meaning they will be unsatisfied with the path they have chosen.

With this in mind, he noted that all professionals "need to find that role - or at least the company or the brand or the product - that will allow you to express yourself".

The expert went on to state he is "absolutely convinced" that following a passion "is the key to career success".

Recently, research from the Chartered Management Institute showed that 42 per cent of people are unhappy with the development of their occupation at present.
