Welcome to this month’s newsletter. October is the month of some legislation updates, firstly the Agency Workers Regulations (AWR) comes into force, so if you have temporary staff make sure you fully aware of the implications to your business? Also, this month the National Minimum wage increases to the following:
- £6.08 per hour for workers aged 21 or more.
- £4.98 per hour for workers aged 18-20.
- £3.68 per hour for workers aged 16-17.
