Managers of London recruitment agencies can help limit the amount of stress felt by their members of staff in a number of different ways, an expert has said.According to Kevin Friery, clinical director at Right Corecare, bosses should look to confront this issue instead of ignoring it. In the wake of the global economic downturn, a growing number of employees across all sectors have been suffering with mental anxiety due to threats such as prospective pay cuts and redundancies. However, Mr Friery has insisted that companies can make sure the damage this causes to the productivity of a firm can be limited through the implementation of a number of measures. For instance, understanding that "resilience is an excellent defence against stress" and using "organisation-wide training to support this". Recently, research by Avery Office & Consumer Products revealed that the hectic nature of office life at present means people often forget to reply to emails or return calls. Posted by Mary King
