  • Organising meetings/conferences for up to 50 people
  • Keeping holiday and sickness records
  • Booking couriers - especially important last minute dispatches
  • Keeping staff records accurately for 75 people
  • Administrative support to Chairman's office
  • Typing table lists, memos, email etc for the office
  • In charge of two office juniors

 Achievements Whilst at XYZ Television, introduced a recording system for holiday and sickness. An electronic system incorporating the details of staff.
